We are a non-profit and community based agency serving children and adults with developmental disabilities primarily in New York and Maryland States. Our programs and services are aimed at improving quality of life of the disabled and their families.

Our mission is to provide individualized quality driven programs and services, and equal opportunity to developmentally disabled persons so they can maximize their highest potential, in order to achieve their highest possible dreams, desires and goals in life!
